Dr Jaina Chauhan
Born and raised in England (UK), Dr Jaina Chauhan qualified from the University of Nottingham Medical School in 2006, and completed her GP training in South East London. Her choices in hospital training ensured her exposure to a breadth of different medical and surgical specialties in addition to studying novel ‘Coaching for Health’ methods. She holds further qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Sexual and Reproductive health.
Jaina believes clear balanced communication and patient-centred care build the cornerstone of effective primary health care delivery. She has worked as a GP in Perth since 2015 and maintains her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of GPs.
Jaina loves exploring WA with her husband and inquisitive 7yr old daughter. She is a creative at heart exemplified by her paintings, experimental cooking and passion for dance.
